In terms of transportation, we will first conduct a comprehensive inspection of the steel structures to be transported, verifying whether their specifications, quantities, and quality meet the customer’s requirements. Then, based on the product characteristics and transportation distance, we will formulate a reasonable transportation plan and select appropriate transportation methods. During the loading process, our professional staff use specialized lifting equipment to firmly secure the steel structures inside transport vehicles or containers, preventing movement and damage during transit.
In terms of packaging, we attach great importance to protecting steel structures from corrosion, collision, and other damages. First, the surface of the steel structures is cleaned and coated with anti-rust paint or other protective coatings to enhance corrosion resistance. Then, suitable packaging materials such as steel frames or plastic films are selected according to the product’s size and shape. Small components are carefully placed in iron frames or wooden boxes, while large steel structures are fixed to transport pallets with steel straps or supports to ensure stability.

Do you offer guiding installation on site overseas?
Yes, we can provide the service of installation, supervision and training by extra. We can send our professional technical engineer to supervise installation on site overseas. Besides, we also have our own abroad guiding installation team consisting of more than 20 people.
