Gaoerji Steel Structure Is Responsible For The Construction! The 50,000 Square Meter Factory Of Dianguang Technology Yueqing Intelligent Manufacturing Base Has Been Fully Completed And Delivered

The Yueqing Economic Development Zone production base project of Dianguang Technology (stock code: 002730), fully constructed by Gaoerji Steel Structure, officially passed completion acceptance on December 18, 2023. As the listed company’s largest and most intelligent new facility, with a total construction area of 50,000 square meters, upon completion will significantly increase the company’s global production capacity for explosion-proof electrical equipment, becoming a new landmark for high-end intelligent manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta.
Today, with the installation and acceptance of the final steel beam, the production base of Dianguang Technology Group (A-share code: 002730) in the Yueqing Economic Development Zone, built by Gaoerji Steel Structure Co., Ltd., has been fully completed. This modern facility, with a record-breaking construction time of 14 months and zero accidents, marks a milestone in the strategic partnership between the two companies in the construction of high-end industrial plants.
Key Project Highlights:
✅ Largest Scale: The massive 50,000 square meter facility encompasses intelligent production workshops, an R&D center, and a multi-story warehouse, expanding Dianguang Technology’s production capacity by over 120%.
✅ Technological Breakthrough: The use of a large-span truss structure (maximum span 42 meters) creates a 15-meter-high, column-free floor space, accommodating the flexible layout of heavy equipment.
✅ Intelligent Manufacturing: 31,800 meters of pre-buried 5G and IoT pipelines lay the foundation for AGV logistics and digital twin systems.
Overcoming Challenges Demonstrates Strength:
Corrosion-Resistant Design: A customized aluminum-magnesium-zinc roofing system (three times more corrosion-resistant) was developed for the high-humidity, salt-fog environment of Yueqing’s coastal area.
Precision Assembly: 38,500 steel components were pre-assembled using BIM models, with key joint tolerances ≤1.5mm.
Efficient Construction: Utilizing the “segmented hoisting + modular welding” process, the main workshop completed the installation of 8,000 tons of steel structures in a single month.
“This factory represents a new level of intelligent manufacturing in China’s explosion-proof electrical field,” said the Chairman of Dianguang Technology at the completion ceremony. “The Gaoerji team, with millimeter-level precision and international project execution capabilities, ensured the on-schedule commissioning of our global flagship facility.”
