The Q345B grade structural steel with yield strength greater than 345 MPa is selected, which increases the strength by about 15% compared with ordinary Q235 steel, reduces the amount of steel under the same load and reduces the load-bearing burden of the foundation.

After pickling, the components are hot-dip galvanized. The thickness of the zinc layer is strictly controlled above 85 microns. It has passed the ISO 1461 standard test and can be maintained for 50 years without rust in humid and coastal salt spray environments.

All steel components are cut and drilled in the factory, and the tolerance of connecting holes is controlled within 1mm. Compared with the on-site welding construction, the on-site bolt assembly efficiency is improved by 40%, and the construction period is greatly shortened.

After strict mechanical calculation, the structural design has a constant load design value of 0.3 kN per square meter and a live load of 0.5 kN per square meter, which can easily cope with the once-in-a-century blizzard backlog and typhoon attack.

Before installing the steel column, be sure to use the total station to review the position of the embedded bolts on the concrete foundation. The center deviation shall be controlled within 2mm to ensure that the verticality of the Canopy Steel Structure column meets the specifications.

The 10.9 grade high-strength bolts connecting the main beam and the column must be tightened in two times. After initial tightening to 50% of the standard torque, the final tightening shall be carried out after adjusting the structure position. It is strictly prohibited to tighten once to prevent uneven stress distribution in the structure.

After the cover plate is installed, the joints shall be filled with weather resistant silicone sealant. The glue injection should be carried out in dry weather, and the width of the glue layer should not be less than 10mm to ensure that a continuous and complete waterproof layer is formed after curing.

It is recommended that the surface of the steel structure be visually inspected every 12 months. If the paint surface is damaged due to external force, it shall be polished and derusted immediately and coated with epoxy zinc-rich primer of the same brand to prevent the spread of rust.
